Verity Construction completed 2 lobby refurbishments at the Maestri Towers Building on Sussex Street and Kent Street in the city.

The works involved demolition of the existing floor and wall finishes, additional services, new floor tiles, and various new wall linings. The buildings were occupied during the works, so careful planning was required to ensure the safe completion of the work, with minimal disruption to the occupants.
