Verity Construction successfully completed the new 105-place Belmore Childcare Centre for Montessori Academy Group.

The construction involved the change of use, converting an existing 1920’s warehouse into an exciting new Montessori based childcare centre. This is achieved through creating an opening in the existing timber-framed roof to facilitate the new outdoor play area. Internally, the new classrooms and staffing areas are carefully designed within the existing structure to reduce additional framing and maximise natural light and ventilation.

The centre has been designed by the award-winning Architecture Studio, Supercontext utilising 3D modelling to streamline the design coordination process.

The centre provides catered Montessori childcare, long day care, preschool and early education to children aged 0-6 in the Inner-West Region of Sydney, NSW.
