Verity has been appointed to refurbish the historic “Newmarket House” into a beautiful Montessori Childcare Centre, located in Randwick, NSW.

With a rich history dating back to 1862, “Newmarket House” was best known as the place of residence for the Inglis Family, a prominent family dealing in the sales of horses and livestock in NSW.

Designed by Supercontext, the refurbishment involves the construction of an underground basement, a two-storey extension, and detailed conservation of heritage elements.
