Verity Construction successfully delivered the refurbishment and additions to an existing childcare
centre located within Burwood Park, Burwood, NSW for Montessori Academy Group.

This challenging project entailed three projects in one –
1) Refurbishment of existing operational childcare including new flooring, glazing, joinery as well
as the demolition of the existing outdoor play area and construction of a new highly interactive outdoor play area.
2) Conversion of the existing community hall into new classrooms, bathrooms and a staff room.
3) Construction of a new a building including classrooms, bathrooms and a reception area that
effortlessly ties into the existing building.

Through detailed Workplace Health  & Safety planning and consultation, the project was constructed around the existing operational child are centre with minimal interruptions.
