Verity Construction are currently building the new 75-place Green Hills Childcare Centre for Montessori Academy Group

The construction involves the change of use, converting an existing warehouse into an innovative Montessori based childcare centre. This is achieved through creating an opening in the existing steel framed roof to facilitate the new outdoor play area.  Additionally, the introduction of louvred glass, café style doors and racked ceilings will maximise light and fresh air within internal areas.

The centre has been designed by the award-winning Architecture Studio, Supercontext utilising 3D modelling to streamline the design coordination process.

The centre will deliver catered Montessori childcare, long day care, preschool and early education to children aged 0-6 in the Hunter Region, North of Sydney, NSW
