Verity Construction successfully completed the conversion of a Level 1 shopping centre carpark into a purpose-designed outdoor play area for an early learning centre.

The project required careful planning, coordination and construction control within an existing retail environment, transforming underutilised carpark space into a functional and engaging outdoor learning area.

The works build on Verity’s previous delivery of the original childcare fitout in 2018 and reflect Verity’s ongoing capability in adaptive reuse, live-environment construction and education-sector project delivery.

This unique project involved careful WHS and materials-handling organisation to ensure minimal interruption to the shopping centre’s operations. Superbly designed by Supercontext, the project was delivered in just 12 weeks.
